  • Memberships are billed automatically ( on a recurrent basis), and can be cancelled any time.

  • Memberships are per person, visits can not be shared. and do not “roll over” when unused.

  • Memberships visits are tracked via EHR, and my not be transferred to another individual not on an active plan.
